Drop The Glass

Sometimes where you are, and where you want to be means enduring the pain to get to the other side.

What has been my pain to deal with? Well, there is a long list. With that said, I would say at the top of the list would be being adopted, and constantly feeling like I had to prove myself. Food was one thing I could control. I was trying to heal a wound by feeding that wound in an unhealthy way. The wound doesn’t heal if you keep triggering yourself.

Lean into that pain, and deal with it. You’ve made mistakes? Let it go. When you squeeze glass in your hand, you are only hurting yourself. Forgive yourself, forgive others. The time you have is now. You can overcome anything. What kind of person do you think you are today? Who do you want to be? Every single day tell yourself everything you want to be, until you believe it.

Pete’s birthday is April 18. We are trying to get in the best shape possible before that date. For his birthday, he wanted to do a picture reveal together. We are going to run a program together starting this coming Wednesday, February 22 to April 18. This is 55 days. Here are the details:

  • The goal is to lose the highest percentage of your current weight.

  • Everyone will be put in a private Facebook group where we will post tips, and you can encourage each other.

  • Every Wednesday you will weigh in, and send me your weight. I will send a word on Tuesday evening that you must write on a piece of paper, and have in the picture with your scale.

  • The last weigh in will be April 17th.

  • The winner will receive a $500 gift card to the place of your choice (if we are able to get a minimum of 20 people to sign up)

  • Fill out the form below if you are interested, or you can message me on Facebook or Instagram.
